  • HOW TO UPLOAD MY OWN TEXT OR LOGO FOR LASER ENGRAVING IN THE TAGS ?

We also provide some Tags where you can upload your own logo in a pre-positioned section on the Tag. This can be done under the file upload section under the slected product. For text upload or any other special design requests, you can contact us via the contact form.  

For custom Tags with different shapes, sizes, thickness, text, ... please contact us directly.

  • HOW DOES IT WORK TO ENTER MY TABLE NUMBERS ?

Each product with the option for a table number will show an input field where you can enter your specific table numbers. This can be entered in ranges for example 1-10 or 1-8; 10-18 or by entering individual numbers 10; 11; 12; 13; 14; ... The numbers you entered will be lasered into the different Tags.  
Make sure that the total amount of entered numbers is equal to the order quantity of that product.

  • HOW TO PROCEED IN CASE YOU ALREADY HAVE AN EXISTING QR-CODE BASED ORDER SYSTEM OR CASH REGISTER SYSTEM ?

We provide the possibility to assign a unique QR-code for each Tag. In this case you can enter all your individual website links in the input box of your product selection.

For example:

  • DOES SCAN- ME-NU ALSO SET-UP WEBSITES FOR CUSTOMERS ?

No we don't build websites. The customer must provide us the URL link to their website / online menu or Social Media. The links will be used to generate the QR-code. Also for the Payment system the customer must provide us their Payconiq QR-code.  

  • WHERE CAN I FIND MY DIGITAL QR-CODE FOR PAYCONIQ ?

When subscribing to Payconiq (depending on the chosen option) you will receive your QR-stickers physically in your postbox. Via e-mail Payconiq will send you the basic starting information with your digital, personal QR-code attached. If you did not receive this digital QR-code, please contact Payconiq via this link to request your personal code.

  • SHIPPING COST

Belgium:
    • Standard shipping cost: € 12
Luxemburg/ Netherlands/ France & Germany:
    • Standard shipping cost: € 19
  • IS THERE ANY MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT ?

There is no minimum order amount, but for orders smaller than €50 an additional cost of €12,50 will be charged for administration and the machine setup. This will be shown at the shipping methods during check-out. With an order larger than €50, the above standard shipping rates will apply, without additional administration cost. 

  • ARE THERE ANY DISCOUNTS ON THE PRODUCTS ?

Yes, most of the products have volume discounts (f.e. if you buy 50 pieces, you get 25% discount). The discounts become visible in a table when you open a product. If you can't see any discount tables please try to use another browser.

  • IS IT POSSIBLE TO RETURN THE PRODUCTS ?

Products that you purchase through this web-shop are custom made according to the specification entered by you. The right of withdrawal is not applicable. The sale is therefore final after a successful payment.

  • HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PRODUCE YOUR THE ORDER ?

The estimated production time will be between 2 and 3 weeks after payment. Shipping time depends on the country. As soon as your order has been shipped you'll receive a confirmation email with the tracking information of your parcel.
